**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Provide leadership in account management by guiding junior team members in best practices for client engagement.
**Skills**
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Experience in sales with a focus on business development and account management.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization.
