Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for an
**Administrative Assistant - In-Store Systems** to join our In-Store System Solutions (ISS) team. Reporting to the Manager, ISS Dealer Engagement, you will be responsible supporting the ISS Dealer Engagement Coordinators by performing a full range of administrative and communication functions during the marketing and sales of Home Hardware’s new in-store systems.

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated professional with advanced administrative and communication skills to support our team

**What you’ll do**:

- Schedule and manage meetings between store staff and ISS Dealer Engagement Coordinators through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Assist with contract management including communications, tracking, filing, and reporting.
- Regular review and maintenance of ISS Dealer Engagement forms, manuals, guides, and best practices.
- Maintain scheduled ISS Dealer Engagement communication plans targeting varied audiences including ISS team members, project stakeholders, management, field representatives, vendors, Dealers, and store staff.
- Create and maintain ISS Dealer Engagement online surveys. Extract and analyze survey submissions and distribute results accordingly.
- Assist with Homecoming preparation and activities.
- Liaise and coordinate activities with third party partners.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Three to five years’ experience in an administrative or office support focused role.
- Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to effectively communicate and work with Dealers and store staff, and ISS team members.
- Must be highly organized and work under strict deadlines while producing quality deliverables.
- Experience with store level standard retail operating procedures is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Home Hardware’s Systems & Services is an asset.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and French is an asset.
