Account and Sales Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospects, highlighting the unique value and benefits of our sign printing solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to develop strong business relationships.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sign printing solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

**Client Management**:

- Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Actively listen to clients' concerns, address any issues promptly, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Create a feedback gathering system that will be easy to use for clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any operational or delivery-related challenges faced by clients.
- Keep track of clients with special arrangements and maintain smooth transactions

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and analyses to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

**Internal Processes**:

- Prepare and fill up job intake form prior to creating an estimate/quotation.
- Update and maintain rate card quarterly.
- Always get approval (Stefan) of quotations before sending to client.
- Always get sign off from client for artwork proofs prior to production.
- Promptly send file prep forms to client to gather accurate project files
- Maintain and keep client/project files up to date and share to and advise production to process.
- Create job packages (Complete and print work order forms, Print job files as references, Print location maps, Request documents)
- Coordinate closely with the Project manager for scheduling and production processes, and keep white board project calendar updated
- Request to process and acquire permits and locates from the office administrator.
- Assist Office administrator for materials and inventory coordination and management.
- Creating PO’s
- Creating orders with suppliers
- Following up on orders
- Coordinated delivery of materials
- Together with everyone, keep up with office and shop maintenance

**Manage Sales for Special Programs**:

- Billboard program
- Aframe Program
- Bids and Tenders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per month
