Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Green Mobile. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Manage sales floor inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
