Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate special events and functions, including weddings and corporate events
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Recruit and hire staff to support the culinary team
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
