**Now, the boring stuff. What you’ll do**:

- Calendar management for the CEO (professional and personal)
- Keep our CEO on schedule, organized, and informed
- Calendar management for client and team meetings as needed
- Front desk reception duties (greeting clients, answering phones, accepting deliveries)
- Organize documents and maintain records
- Provide general support to clients and visitors
- Order stationery and equipment (IT/furniture/assets, etc)
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with the Executive Team to maintain and implement HR/office policies
- General administrative duties such as filing, copying, and shredding
- Liaise with facility, cleaning, and security services
- Plan company events & staff celebrations
- Comfortable making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Act as a conduit for discussions to flow across the organization
- Ensure office & kitchen consumables are replenished as required
- Running errands as needed
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

**Education and Experience**
- 5 - 7 years experience in an Executive Assistant role
- 3 - 5 years experience in an Office Manager (or similar) role

- You are available to work in our West Edmonton office 5 days per week (8-4, M-F)
