Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide senior-level administrative support to EP’s executive team. Duties will include organizing meetings, corporate administration, and coordinating legal support activities for the company. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the Board of Directors while providing administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the Office and Administration Manager through delegation, coaching and development.
- Write, develop, edit and format documents and presentations with mínimal direction or supervision.
- Assist with developing and proofreading presentations, reports, and letters for accuracy, format, correct form and content.
- Coordinate the Board of Directors’ activities including managing the Board calendar, administration, taking meeting minutes, and preparing Board governance materials.
- Liaise with legal counsel(s), the Office and Administration Manager, and senior executives.
- Review, analyze, and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
- Arrange travel for senior executives.
- Provide project management support, as needed, to the SVP, Operations.
- Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare outgoing electronic communications and address incoming electronic communications.

**What It Takes to Succeed**
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing administrative support to C-suite and senior executives.
- Experience with public companies is an asset; experience with Board of Directors administration is a requirement.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to support senior-level executives with ever shifting priorities.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to handle a heavy workload.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Writing sample, proof reading test and other written assignments will be required as part of the pre-screening process.
