Blackstone Homes Ltd is a Award Winning Semi - Custom home builder with 4 show homes in Edmonton. We are looking for Office Administrator/Executive Assistant for our head office to maintains office services by organizing office operations and proceedings. The duties includes
- **General Office duties**

Correspondence for architectural approval and building permit with city

Scan the files and update on Google Drive. File documents as needed

**Client Selection processes**

Make appointment with client for selection.

After the selection, scan all documents and upload on GD. Send signed and selected package to client and related supplier.

**Executive Assistant duties**

Arrange meetings, appointments, and events for executive management

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups are executed

**Qualifications/Skills Required**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

3+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the construction industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential software

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
