**Call Centre Customer Support Representative**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**

**Handling Inquiries**: Manage inbound/outbound customer/vendor inquiries, bookings, negotiations, and authorizations. Address incoming calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, promptly attending to customer queries and concerns.

**Communication**: Effectively communicate verbally and/or in writing with customers/vendors. Provide comprehensive information about our services, guiding customers through the process to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings.

**Complaint Resolution**: Approach customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working diligently to find effective and satisfactory solutions.

**Compliance**: Maintain compliance with industry standards, controls, policies, and practices.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences. Record interactions to understand and address customer needs.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve both individual and team goals, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Shift Flexibility**: Ability to work shifts on location between 6 am and 7 pm.

**Other Duties**: Perform additional assigned tasks as required.

**Qualifications**

**Knowledge**: Insurance and repair industry knowledge is an asset.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of customer service or call centre experience.

**Skills**: Proficiency in listening, organization, motivation, efficiency, and focus.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Tech Skills**: Competency in Word and Excel.

**Multitasking**: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
