Job description
Job Responsibilities
▪ Support full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, employee matters, welfare, Performance Appraisals, onboarding & exit clearance, leave and benefits administration
.▪ Manage general employees, response to queries such as leave, policies questions, etc
.▪ Responsible for HR administration including staff records, attendance recording and documentation.
▪ Responsible for performance management, including data collection, analysis and generate reports.
▪ Responsible for admin management.
▪ Other HR and admin tasks assigned.
**Qualifications**:
▪ At least 1 year of experience in HR and administrative areas;
▪ Strong ability in communication and interpersonal management;
▪ Familiar with attendance operations and local policies;
▪ Resourceful multitasker;
▪ Strong team player with a result-driven approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
