We are looking to hire an **Admin. Assistant - Customer Relations **to support our financial planning practice.

**Title: Admin. Assistant - Customer Relation**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and responsible for all issues of Financial Advisor's client matters
- Arrange, contact, follow up Financial Advisor's clients' appointments. Handle room bookings and other facilities arrangement e.g., zoom link (include related document e.g., disclosure statement) for Financial Advisor’s client meetings
- Generate product page from company CRM system
- Need to handle all Financial Advisors’ pending cases
- Assist Financial Advisor to identify potential business (FYC)
- Keep track Paraplanners who are responsible for updating client cases progress (potential FYC) into the company CRM system
- Responsible and keep proper filing for both internal and external correspondence related to Financial Advisor's clients
- Revamp/Tidy client folders and information
- Provide all administrative support to Financial Advisor
- Other duties may be assigned as per requested

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Cantonese required
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Two years of relevant experience in the insurance, and/or financial industry
- Knowledge of mutual fund/investment products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attentive to detail and well organized
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive personality
- Capable to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,000-$54,600 per year

Attractive Compensation and Benefits package depends on experiences
