Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records and files up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients and expedite work flow.
- Document submission and management
- Accurately follow directions, procedures, and policies for completing work orders.
- Accurately record information about products and services provided by the company.
**Summary**
As an Office Administrator, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient data entry and filing systems. With core skills in Microsoft Office and clerical experience, you will support daily administrative tasks. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and relevant experience in offices will enhance our team's productivity. **Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong computer skills and data entry experience
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping office setting
- Knowledge of proofreading and customer support in a medical
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
