We are currently looking for a full-time **Administrative Officer** to join our Head Office team located in Concord, ON. As part of the FunctionAbility’s administrative team you will play a key role in supporting our operations with your administrative abilities. The role will entail both billing and administrative duties.

**Duties include**:
**Billing**:

- Prepare and record billing for a portfolio of therapists in FANET
- Prepare and record billing for select types directly in Quickbooks as directed by the supervisor
- Stay current with all new regulatory, process, or technology changes
- Work with therapists to help maximize billable time; being proactive in providing support and education when trends identified in their billing
- Communicate with therapists if needed with respect to any unbillable amounts for follow-up with adjusters and/or pay adjustments (written & verbal) Minimize unbilled amounts in each reporting period
- Process private client payments and receipts (credit card via telephone)
- Work with therapists to prepare private pay proposals and protected account documentation

**Administrative**:

- Processing correspondence and ensuring information is accurately entered into FunctionAbility’s client management system
- Reviewing completed reports for deficiencies and returning documents to clinicians and leaders for follow-up and completion
- Processing and formatting completed reports and follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure receipt by authorized 3rd party recipients
- Liaising with clients, clinicians, and management to ensure completeness of information or to respond to inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and responsiveness to our customers
- Maintaining confidentiality of client, customer and company details and information

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using computer software including Microsoft Office suite and customer information systems
- Ability to analyze and process information (data entry skills)
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- High level of organizational skill and customer focus within a multitasking environment

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
