**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow sales and margin dollars within a designated territory in the Mississauga area by increasing business with new and existing customers, ensuring category development and overall customer profitability
- Collaborate with all Roseland department teams including Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, Category Management, and Traffic to analyze processes and maximize profits
- Review former Roseland accounts in the territory and investigate market competition
- Pursue growth and expansion of Hotels, Catering, Banquet Halls, Retirement Homes, Schools, Sports Venues, Restaurants, etc
- Provide individualized sales plan by identifying product lines which best fit the customer including advertising, promotions, etc.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers to meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking and referral activities within designated territory
- Provide support for the management of credits and accounts receivables
- Develop an individual territory strategy and communicate updates regularly on progress

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Produce/Foodservice experience and understanding of customer challenges required
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s license and use of personal vehicle during the performance of duties as required
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and experience managing a strategic funnel list of customers required
- Strong decision making skills, and flexible to adapt effectively to change
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask to manage competing priorities required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills required
- Superior level of experience providing distribution solutions and negotiation skills
- Must have proficient computer skills, should be familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to execute individual and company business growth plans
- Post secondary education preferred
- Flexible to participate in occasional work activities outside of regular business hours including sales conferences and meetings
- Must be willing to travel throughout the Golden Horseshoe area
