Overview
This position is responsible for retaining and expanding existing customer relationships, improving the profitability of current accounts, and developing new business opportunities within a defined sales territory.
The role involves managing assigned accounts in the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) to focus attention on customer retention and satisfaction, as well as developing profitable new business.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, consisting of a basic salary plus commission.
Work Schedule
Full-time employees work Monday to Friday, standard day shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Educate and develop customer interest in Ryder's services, including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.
Educate and develop prospect value perception of Ryder's services using the Ryder Sales Process.
Develop sales plans, analyze account profitability, understand competitive influences and risks within each account.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated sales excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities for five or more years.
