Otis Elevator Company est à la recherche d'un Directeur, Nouveaux équipements et modernisation, responsable des états financiers des projets, de la gestion de projet et de la satisfaction des clients, ainsi que de la promotion d'un environnement d'équipe pour les secteurs d'activité Nouveaux équipements et modernisation.

Responsabilités essentielles
- Embaucher, développer et gérer une équipe de chefs de projets NE & MOD.
- Gérer les subordonnés directs en fournissant du coaching, du mentorat, des conseils et des commentaires constructifs pour promouvoir le développement des employés.
- Atteindre ou dépasser tous les objectifs de performance financière des projets, y compris la couverture des bénéfices et de la trésorerie.
- Augmenter la rentabilité des opérations NE & MOD pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs commerciaux.
- Collaborer avec les dirigeants régionaux pour créer et exécuter une stratégie de gestion de projet qui augmentera la rentabilité du projet et stimulera la fidélité des affaires.
- S'assurer que les objectifs du projet sont atteints et que les relations avec les clients existants sont maintenues et développées.
- Diriger des programmes de sécurité et d'EH&S pertinents tout en créant et en promouvant une culture de sécurité présente et faisant partie de la routine de travail quotidienne de chaque associé.

Formation / Certifications
- Baccalauréat requis, maîtrise est un atout

Qualifications de base
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur des ascenseurs est un atout.
- Capacité à diriger un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur l'équipe.
- Doit être motivé et capable de gérer de nombreux projets et responsabilités simultanés.
- Solides compétences en leadership, orienté vers les objectifs et motivé avec de solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d'organisation.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion et l’implémentation du changement.
- Capacité à établir des priorités, à relever de nouveaux défis, à avoir le souci du détail et à prendre des décisions commerciales judicieuses.
- Fort sens des affaires et compétences démontrées en matière de prise de décision commerciale.
- Manager, New Equipment & Modernization

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a Manager, New Equipment & Modernization, responsible for projects P&L, project management, and customer satisfaction along with fostering a team environment for the New Equipment & Modernization business lines.

Essential Responsibilities- Hire, develop, and manage a team of NE & MOD project managers.- Manage direct reports by providing coaching, mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to promote employee development.- Meet or exceed all projects financial performance targets including profit and cash coverage.- Grow the profitability of the NE & MOD operation to meet or exceed business objectives.- Collaborate with Regional leadership to create and execute project management strategy that will increase project profitability and drive repeat business.- Ensure that project goals are achieved, and relations with existing customers are maintained and developed.- Lead in relevant safety and EH&S programs while creating and promoting a safety culture that is present and part of every associate’s everyday work routine.

Education / Certifications- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree is an asset.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years’ project management experience in the elevator industry experience preferred.- Ability to lead a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.-
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.-
- Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.- Demonstrated experience managing and driving change.- Ability to prioritize, take on new challenges, be detailed oriented, and make sound business decisions.- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business decision making skills.
