Qualifications:

- High School Diploma

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years Office Administration

**Skills**:

- Would be an asset Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

- Back up Coverage for Reception for breaks, occasional day coverage
- Back up Coverage for Mailroom when needed
- Support with catering and Bistro when requested, deliver catering tables as needed
- Tidy & organize common areas
- Coordinating a variety of office supply recycling initiatives
- Upkeep of kitchens & Bistro
- Kitchen inventory/ordering (16 kitchens)
- Twice daily mail runs
- Assist in furniture inventory
- Oversee upkeep of meeting Rooms, privacy rooms
- Upkeep of change rooms
- Monthly locker room/locker clean outs
- Desk cleans as requested
- Help with individual office/desk moves and restacks
- Liaise with vendors
- Complete Service Central Tickets
- Assist with upkeep and organization of storage rooms throughout the building
- Maintain fire extinguishers 4-5 per floor monthly
- Monthly checks of first aid kits, AEDs, and Tylenol stock
- Check and maintain copy rooms

Hours:
Fulltime, 40 hours per week
