**Job Overview**:
As the Manager, Business Development & Sales, at Datolite Solutions you will be responsible for developing our client base to achieve revenue targets while foster strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and ensuring potential and existing clients are informed on the latest technical consulting solutions and products available through Datolite Solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets while maintaining a focus on service excellence.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and align our products and services accordingly.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations in collaboration with the sales team and division leaders.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management, tracking key performance indicators, and making data-driven recommendations. Providing detailed sales reports to managing Partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow Sales team members and divisional leaders to ensure the successful technical sales meetings and delivery of best solution options are made.
- Service Excellence: Ensure that client expectations for service excellence are met or exceeded throughout the sales process and the duration of ongoing client relationships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about legal technology trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
- Marketing: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure Sales messages of services and products, conferences and market insight are being delivered.
- Data Integrity: Update sales systems daily ensuring client and sales information is accurate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in tech sales, preferably in the legal or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting service is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics too
