**Job description**
The person is responsible for driving the full life-cycle sales process for the Staffing division by identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing and penetrating existing relationships.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Source prospective business
- Prospecting new potential clients
- Source bidding opportunities through relationship development, industry knowledge and resources
- Review and interpret proposals, plans and specifications to prepare estimates and the pricing of RFP/tender work
- Work closely with clients, serving their recruitment needs and expanding your reach within their organizations
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of current and relevant sales experience within the IT staffing industry
- Moderate understanding of IT and/or Engineering terminology and processes
- Demonstrated ability to successfully generate meetings and sales through outbound calling/prospecting
- Ability to close the deal, deliver the promise, and foster the relationship
