Full Time Administration Assistant

Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join a Real Estate Brokerage with successful agents.
**Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities(include but not limited to;)**
- Create advertising for print and web
.* Maintain, create and manage social media campaign
- Handling phone reception duties, taking messages, processing information
- Adding contact, data and notes to CRM system* Conduct various administrative tasks: Preparing documents, electronic filing, drafting letters, scanning etc. Work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. It is essential that you keep files organized daily.
- Schedule group meetings, video conferences and others as requested Note-taking for meetings as needed* Maintain and keep internal contact database updated
- Research on and off market properties and owner information as requested by team members* Reach out to brokers to gather information on listed properties, to define search requirements track gather information
- Zoning and other property research as requested
- Reach out the office agents and help with their needs and wants, marketing, listings etc.
- Pull local school, business and social information for mapping purposes
- Other duties may be assigned and willing to work on special projects as assigned* Assist with small projects and other administrative duties as needed
- Develop new processes, and creating the appropriate documentation
- Run errands, post office duties, drop off lock boxes, pick up signs, etc
**Real Estate Assistant Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work well under stress in a multi-task environment and under strict deadlines. Experience working both as a team member and independently. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills who can work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent work-related skills, high integrity, punctuality, and attendance
- Impeccable verbal and written communications, networking, attention to detail, and presentation skills
- Honest, dependable, confident, and organized* Previous background in real estate is preferred
- Ability to exercise judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior real estate contract experience and understanding of critical dates an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills as well as superior listening abilities.
- Assemble client closing gifts, annual holiday gifts and pop up gifts
- Assist in organizing and attending charity, donation and brokerage events* Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to pivot and redirect/prioritize at a moment as urgency dictates
- Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Word, Excel,Powerpoint ,showtime or another similar CRM
- Video editing/ photography could be asset

Pay: $17.17-$24.15 per hour
