Seamless Flow Regional Business Process Lead - Finance

Currently, we have an opening for a Seamless Flow Regional Business Process Lead. In this role, you will lead the North American Sales Area Finance functions through the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in the areas of pre-deployment build and test, cutover, go-live, and post go-live activities.

What you will be doing

Pre-Deployment Build and Test- Work with Business Finance and Seamless Flow Finance teams to ensure all relevant information is captured in the Business Process Design documents- Support in the change management towards Business Finance to enable acceptance of new processes- Become the main superuser in Finance for the new ERP system, and support in the training of Finance users- Facilitate and support master data cleansing activities- Participate in system scenario testing and user acceptance testing- Identifying knowledge gaps withing Seamless Flow that need to be addressed, helping in the development of knowledge and sharing with the relevant business users- Managing Frequently Asked Questions including but not limited to capturing open questions from business users, highlighting to project team questions that still need to be addressed

Cutover- Participate in the development of Cutover / Migration plan- Understand and educate business team members on how the cutover will be managed

Go-Live- Support users with any issues- Document and report issues back to central team- Support with new process implementation

Post Go-Live- Ensure new processes are adopted- Devise KPIs that will be used to show that system and processes are in control and highlight processes that are not in control- Raise defects through the documented project method- Support users in development of SAP competency

What you will bring along- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance.- Three (3) to five (5) years in a sales/distribution or corporate environment setting.- Comfortable working in a matrix organization.- Experience with SAP is considered an asset.- Able to cope with “change management” ideally as it relates to IT transformations.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Strong customer service focus.- Self-directed with high attention to detail.- High level time management and planning/organizational skills.- Problem solving and decision-making skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher- Must have the ability to travel.
