Roles/Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and cordial manner.
- Announce clients as necessary.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing visitor badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Ensure reception area is always presentable.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including overseeing the kitchen supplies, (replenishment of beverages in refrigerator, coffee orders, meals orders as needed, etc.)
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Reserve/accept conference room reservations.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Concur (a plus)
- Knowledge of Workday (a plus)

Qualifications:

- High school diploma / Post graduate degree
- Min 3 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Consistent, professional dress code and manner
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
