To keep up with our growth, we will be seeking experienced, professional, energetic, goal-oriented individuals to complement our organization.

We are looking for a seasoned and highly performing **VP of Business Development** who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for the company. The **VP of Business Development **is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, forging key partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new business initiatives by setting company sales targets and marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's objectives to achieve revenue and market share growth.
- Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Stay informed about competitor activities and market shifts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders. Collaborate on mutually beneficial business ventures.
- Lead sales teams in achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and recommend new product or service offerings that align with market demands and company capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or merger opportunities that complement the company's growth strategy.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Build and manage a high-performing business development team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance.
- Develop and manage the business development budget to optimize resource allocation and achieve strategic objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and progress toward growth goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the Industry.
- Deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel as required to establish and maintain business relationships.
