**The Role**:
**This is a part time position.**

**What you will do**:

- Lead our office operations, including facilities management, inventory management (tech equipment, supplies, food and beverages, etc.), vendor management, reception, etc.
- Provide general facilities support including initiatives related to hybrid work environments, office space, and local requirements in navigating a global pandemic.
- Plan and execute TripStack’s social calendar, including company wide events (Offsites, team celebrations, monthly socials, etc).
- Coordinating the employee onboarding experience, including set-up of all pre-onboarding activities (technology, scheduling, account setup), and ensuring an amazing first impression of TripStack.
- Support at all levels of the employee life cycle by acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries, triaging the HR inbox, and providing hands-on support in various ways.
- Own the HRIS platform & other HR tools including adding new employees, maintaining the org chart.
- Administration support to HR Compliance Programs including background check program, benefits platform, internal audit, policies and controls.
- Support multiple HR Systems including but not limited to 15five, Udemy, TalentLMS, Heartpace etc.

**Requirements**:
Who you are:

- 1-3 years of work experience in a highly people-focused and cross-functional role (e.g., people & culture, customer service, administration, event planning)
- Strong in Excel, Word, Office PowerPoint and G Suite
- Good to have some amount of social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and skilled in juggling multiple priorities
- An ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with employees and leaders across the company
- Clear and engaging communication, with the ability to energize and excite team members around you and advanced written communication.
- You are self-driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, are deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Role model of our culture and take a culture first view on every process and interaction
- Curious and have a huge learning appetite
