**What You’ll Do**

The Human Resource Leadership Team is committed to building an HR organization that provides best-in-cIass consultative services across our family of companies. As an integral part of the Human Resources Solutions team, you will provide HR Coordination for a variety of business units within CTC.

Working with the Associate Vice Presidents and their HR Business Partners, you will assist in the coordination, implementation, and administration of Human Resource programs to fit specific business needs. Using data /information obtained from a variety of sources, Workday. you will prepare HR reports and provide assistance in documenting job accountabilities, implementing organization structure changes and special projects as required. You will also be responsible for supporting various cyclical HR related activities and programs.

**What You Bring**

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in an administrative / HR capacity working both independently and in a team environment.

You will have a strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders and maintain confidentiality on highly sensitive matters. You will be well organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Further requirements include:

- Post-secondary education (preferably HR or related discipline)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR support role
- Working towards pursuing a designation in Human Resources is an asset.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
