Nous sommes une entreprise d'envergure national, spécialisé dans le domaine de la plasturgie et nous sommes à la recherche d'un coordonateur à la paie et aux ressources humaines sur la Rive Nord de Montreal .

Le coordonnateur est chargé de fournir un soutien dans les pratiques et procédures en matière de RH, y compris le traitement de la paie et la réponse aux demandes de renseignements liées à la paie; répondre aux demandes liées aux RH conformément aux politiques, aux lois et aux règlements applicables; traiter la documentation des RH et effectuer des activités de saisie de données et à l’orientation et à l’intégration des nouveaux membres de l’équipe; coordonner les prestations et la gestion de l’invalidité; coordonner la formation et la tenue de dossiers connexes; L’enregistrement et la production de rapports de la CNESST; le suivi des présences et la gestion des congés.

Ce que vous allez faire :

• Traiter la paie hebdomadaire à temps et conformément à la convention collective.
• Gérer l’assiduité, les vacances et les congés ainsi que l’attribution des heures supplémentaires.
• Faire le suivi des dossier de la CNESST, en respectant toutes les exigences de déclaration nécessaires.
• Coordonner les prestations et l’assurance invalidité de courte durée.
• Aider aux activités de recrutement, y compris le processus d’embauche et d’intégration des nouveaux employés.
• Préparer et distribuer tous les documents requis pour les réunions disciplinaires et effectuer un suivi régulier avec l’équipe de direction.
• Responsable de la gestion de tous les dossiers des employés et de la réponse aux exigences législatives,
• Entrer les données et mettez à jour le système logiciel interne du Gestionnaire de formation
• Fournir un soutien pendant les vérifications ; effectuer des vérifications internes.

Pour être admissible, vous avez :

• Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires en administration des affaires ou en ressources humaines serait un atout, avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience connexe.
• Connaissance de la législation de la CNESST et des lois du travail applicables sur les pratiques d’emploi.
• Une initiative démontrée, un bon jugement, la résolution de problèmes, la communication et les compétences organisationnelles sont nécessaires, en plus d’être axés sur les détails.
• Possession de bonnes compétences en informatique, y compris MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
• Une connaissance du logiciel de paie, de préférence Kronos, est requise.
• Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.

We are a nationally renowned company specializing in the field of plastics, and we are seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator on the North Shore of Montreal.

The coordinator is responsible for providing support in HR practices and procedures, including payroll processing and responding to payroll-related inquiries; addressing HR-related requests in accordance with policies, laws, and regulations; processing HR documentation and conducting data entry activities; assisting with the orientation and integration of new team members; coordinating benefits and disability management; coordinating training and related record-keeping; recording and producing CNESST reports; tracking attendance and managing leaves.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing weekly payroll accurately and in accordance with the collective agreement.
• Managing attendance, vacations, leaves, and overtime allocation.
• Tracking CNESST cases, ensuring all necessary reporting requirements are met.
• Coordinating benefits and short-term disability insurance.
• Assisting with recruitment activities, including new employee hiring and integration processes.
• Preparing and distributing all required documents for disciplinary meetings and maintaining regular follow-ups with the management team.
• Managing all employee records and responding to legislative requirements.
• Entering data and updating the internal training management software system.
• Providing support during audits and conducting internal audits.

To be eligible, you should have:

• College or university degree in business administration or human resources, with 2 to 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of CNESST legislation and applicable labor laws regarding employment practices.
• Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, along with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with payroll software, preferably Kronos.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
