Order Desk:
- Shipping and Recieving: process and ship orders, inventory control and customer service and follow up
Administration
- Customer Care: answer phones, corordinate classes, compile rosters, send out class information
- Light office duties
- General daily administrative duties and other duties as assigned
- Potential to travel and work tradeshows
- Social Medial and marketing experience an asset
Key Competencies
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive
- Intitiative, integrity, adaptibility, along with time-management skills
- Must be PC literate with above average knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
