Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English & French both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, outbound sales, account management or business development in high tech or SaaS industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or Technology preferred.
- Proven ability to converse with and influence decision makers.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain-points.
- Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how AutoEntry could be a possible solution to decision-makers across multiple B2B segments.
- Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions.
- Develop product knowledge to explain features to prospective clients and answer questions about Sage’s products and services.
- Document and manages all activity within Salesforce.
- Ensure target talk time, dials, and call quality are met.
- Be proactive to development, coaching and progression opportunities.
- Other related job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
