Curtis-Villar Chartered Professional Accountants is growing and looking for the next outstanding team member to join us in the role of Administrative Assistant/Reception
Your role on the team will cover a variety of responsibilities including:
- Working with a wide range of exciting clientele - the small to medium sized businesses that are driving Ontario’s economy.
- Assisting the existing administrative team with client communications and assistance; preparing documents; scheduling meetings; updating clients on status of their files; providing assistance internally and externally with our client portal; and submitting documents to CRA.
- Taking ownership of tasks related to our clients and identify opportunities/issues to be addressed.
- Arriving at meetings with ideas and solutions that positively impact our team and workflows.
