Sales Development Manager

- Key Account Management with a focus on Quebec pharmacy banners and Central fill which is currently surpassing overall Sandoz growth and is driving the trend to the #1 position in the BioGx market.
- The role is to ensure and support the achievement of sales volume and market share objectives in the assigned major retail accounts and supports the Director, Corporate Account with analytical and sales development initiatives (information, analysis, trends, presentation template) and by ensuring execution of all agreements, programs, tactics. The SDM will be managing relation and sales of our business partners such as Pharmacy Chains and their professional services as well as wholesalers. This role will also be the key link between the regional retail sales field force and the corporate account regional team to ensure strategic alignment and business support. Reports to Corporate Account Director.
- Role and Responsibilities- Support and achieve sales target for assigned accounts
- Sales and market trend analysis
- Customer agreements, programs, and tactics execution
- Pharmacy banners relation with professional services teams
- Point of contact and support between corporate sales team and retail sales force
- Central Fill sales development
- Collaboration with Customer engagement team in strategic approach and visibility elaboration in customer events

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relate
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, healthcare/Pharmaceutical or related customers
- Available to travel 1 to 3 weeks per quarter
- Speaks fluently in French and English
