Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Workforce Management HR Tech Company. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, conducting research on potential customers, and setting up appointments with our sales team. You will work closely with our sales team to understand our products and services and will be instrumental in driving revenue and growth for the company.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Nurture leads through personalized and targeted communication, building relationships with potential customers
- Set up appointments for the sales team to present our products and services to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand our products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
**Salary**: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:
