**Mandate**

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support the growth of our solar products and services in North America. We are experiencing a high level of demand for our solar design software and services after releasing our most recent extravagant features.

We have a track record of progressing SDRs to Account Executive roles.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and qualify inbound leads across various channels in all territories.
- Aggressive outreach efforts to connect with cold clients in our database. Phone Skills & Dials: 85+ dials/day with a goal to set around 20 - 25 appointments/week.
- Create weekly solid pipelines with scheduled sales appointments for Account Executives
- Become one with our sales productivity tools - Salesforce and HubSpot
- Review MQL and SQL conversions on a weekly basis with department manager

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales or as an SDR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs
- Bonus, experience working with SAAS products.
