**Job Description**:
This role is for our line of ShareGate products.
- ShareGate, what is it?_

ShareGate is a simple suite of products specifically designed to help businesses access, adopt, manage and optimize the Office 365 platform. ShareGate empowers IT professionals to get even more from Microsoft Cloud technology, ensuring a better structured, more efficiently organized work flow.
- So, what will your new role actually look like?_
- Work in collaboration with our existing Business Development & AE Team (Account Executive) to convert leads in opportunities and thus reach or exceed targets.
- Quickly owning ShareGate’s value proposition, understanding the Microsoft ecosystem and the prospects needs within the IT industry.
- Efficiently managing new and open leads in your pipeline & prioritizing activity based on CRM data.
- Qualify potential clients by asking the right questions and by taking an interest in their reality, their needs and their difficulties.
- Convince potential clients to buy ShareGate by demonstrating how the benefits & advantages of our platform can meet their needs.
- Create an excellent first impression for our potential clients by ensuring an overall experience worthy of an international company.
- Constantly improve our sales process in order to increase the number of sales conversations, sales opportunities and thus exceed the established objectives.

**What will your future team look like?**

You will join a team made up of SDRs, BDRs and AEs. The team works closely on a daily basis to generate conversations with potential customers, create sales opportunities and achieve our sales goals We are a team of motivated and very ambitious experts and we use effective technological means to achieve our goals: SalesForce, Outreach, Drift and ZoomInfo, among others.

We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. Our team is evolving in a fast-paced environment while educating prospects and clients on how to get the most out of their Microsoft Cloud.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high;
- Experience in dealing with prospects on the phone;
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken);
Assets
- Microsoft 365 knowledge;
- Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound);
- Experience with SalesForce.
