**About the role**:Dealer Services Analyst - Bilingual position is responsible for providing excellent and prompt customer service that exceeds dealership expectations. This team member will be responsible for the daily administration of the receivable and dealer-facing systems. This position has contact with dealership staff, internal company departments, and insurance companies. This position is responsible for monitoring policies and procedures related to inventory auditing, review of audit results, interfacing with on-site auditor and outsource vendor, review and evaluation of audit data, recognizing risk within the audit data, reporting on audit trends, communicating establishing appropriate course of action to limit risk. Work in conjunction with cross-departmental teams involved in risk rating borrowers, portfolio monitoring, dealership workouts and Watchlist status accounts. The position will coordinate’s activities of commercial loans including: construction and permanent real estate loans, capital loans, revolving lines of credit, and. This includes accurate reporting of findings, ensuring corporate compliance and risk management, as well as contact with dealership personnel and communication with internal/external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the customer (GM, GMF, dealer) issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Perform set-up/maintenance on wholesale credit lines, Monitor auction process/payments and review insurance.
- Provide support to the dealership regarding the commercial lending interface system.
- Recommend approval or action plan to obtain the floorplan business**.**:

- Preparing funding documents for dealership acquisition and annual reviews.
- Coordinates the origination, documentation, processing, funding, PPSAs and insurance process for all commercial loans.
- Works closely with GMF legal counsel, accounting, treasury, inventory control and credit department.

Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- Secondary school degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in an automotive financial company preferred.
- Must be fluent in French and English.
