We are seeking a talented Dealer Representative to join our team, enhancing dealer relationships and driving the success of our leasing programs.
Position Overview
The Dealer Representative will leverage extensive automotive leasing expertise to build relationships with finance and sales managers, train on leasing programs, and develop customized solutions that meet dealer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with automotive dealers and financial service managers.
- Promote and implement leasing programs tailored to market conditions.
- Collaborate with dealer teams to drive sales and optimize leasing opportunities.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on leasing products and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain detailed records of dealer interactions, forecasts, and program performance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in automotive leasing and financial services.
- Proven success working with finance and sales managers in the automotive industry.
- Strong training and development skills tailored to dealer needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed for dealer visits and industry events.
