**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Planning and hosting events both B2C and B2B - management of complete event calendar:

- B2C: Building Launch Events
- B2C: Building Post Launch Events
- B2B & B2C: Community gatherings i.e. Lilac Festival, Stampede, etc.
- B2B: Sponsorship Events, Networking Events, etc.
- Manage external Brand Ambassador Program - your event staff
- Creative for physical assets, in-building marketing, working closely with Graphic Designer.
- Physical asset management:

- Mail Outs - event invites when required
- Apparel - event apparel when required
- Business Cards
- Event Marketing assets
- In-building assets
- Coordinate with Relationship Manager to develop event marketing strategy for building demographics.
- Sending out invites to Account Executive’s to attend events for B2B. Have them report back how the event was - worth attending sponsoring again.
- Engage with sales teams to determine events we should attend/sponsor/co-sponsor.
- Create and engage with our partners (customers, channel partners etc.) to come up with events to promote Moby - This is where you great event ideas come to life
- Create guerilla events for both B2B and B2C markets - these would get people talking about Moby and the cool things they do - imagination is key
- Work within budgets and consider brand awareness benefit to every event.
- Constantly drill into events, post event, and the data collected from events we are attending/sponsoring/hosting to determine effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and ability to take ownership of work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.

- Ability to source out deals and make budgets go further

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience as an Event Coordinator
- Certification and/or Degree in Event, Meeting or Project Management.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
