**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, venue selection, and guest services.
- Communicate with clients to determine their event goals and requirements.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and controlled.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Market events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall event experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events on-site.
- Manage timelines effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during events.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management related to event planning.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
- Bartending and hospitality experience necessary.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
