**WE ARE SEEKING**

We’re seeking a qualified a sales agent who has a strong understanding of the sales processes, excels at building relationships, and closing deals. Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to follow up on Unsold Surveys completed by Field Sales Reps. Agents make note of calls, activities, and update all customer contact information in a proprietary customer database.

Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc, has become the leader in our industry. We are the largest supplier of stairlifts sold directly to our clients, and are the largest independent straight stairlifts manufacturer of the world.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Contact clients after in-home survey appointments to close sales
- Negotiate within pricing guidelines
- Reissue quotes for customers and funding organizations
- Finalize and process customer payments
- Meet the targets that are required
- Fulfill other duties as assigned/required by the manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A secondary diploma and related experience
- 1 to 3 years in a sales environment
- 2+ years related experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
