St Catharines, Canada Jordan Architectural Full time

ROLE
- Performs basic but essential bookkeeping duties.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

BOOKKEEPING
- Keeps general ledger current.
- Prepares financial statements.
- Processes government remittances and taxes.

ADMINISTRATION
- Updates health and safety policy in accordance with regulations.
- Performs Purchase Orders and Job Costing duties per Company policies.
- Assigns keys and fobs for the building and vehicles.
- Files electronic and hard copy non-project documents.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or degree in accounting.
- At least five years’ commercial bookkeeping experience.
- At least three years’ experience preparing income statements
- At least three years’ experience processing government remittances and taxes.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Quickbooks Pro.
- Willing to learn new tasks and expand scope of responsibilities.
- Cordial, positive, diligent and attentive to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- English (preferred)
