**Accounts Payable: Processing Invoices, including monthly cheque run**

**Accounts Receivable, entering Deposits**

**Collections**

**Data Entry in Quickbooks and Dispatch program**

**Filing**

**Government Remittance Preparation**

**Payroll**

**Other Duties as needed**

**Experience**

**Microsoft Office - 3 years**

**Quickbooks - 3 years**

**Accounts Payable - 3 years**

**Bookkeeping an asset**

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
