Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at St Catharines Medical Office. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Process and manage patient information, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and relaying information to healthcare professionals.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
