Account Development Manager

As an **Account Development Manager,** you will maintain a healthy existing customer base with a large focus on new account development. You will call on customers such as residential re-painters, new housing, high rises, disaster recovery, commercial painters, industrial painters, metal fabrication, OEM, kitchen manufacturers, and many more. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential.
- Use CRM sales tool (ClientLink) to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Facilitate customer quotations to achieve margin targets according to Dulux (PPG) pricing strategies.
- Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of sales and/or stores operations experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
- Previous coatings experience an asset but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

You must live and travel within the territory during the week.
