- Service Now reporting, perform ticket analytics, helpdesk analyst.
- providing L1/L1.5 support, excellent customer handling skills,
- Awareness / knowledge of ITSM process, knowledge on bank branches and ATM support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $16.55-$30.52 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 7 years (preferred)
- Bilingual Customer Service Support.: 2 years (preferred)
- Service Now reporting: 2 years (preferred)
- providing L1/L1.5 support,: 3 years (preferred)
- excellent customer handling skills: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
