Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Location: Yonge/Lawrence (TTC Accessible)

Schedule:
- In-office role
- Monday to Friday: must be able to work between 9 AM – 7 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9 AM - 5 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chats
- Process orders, resolve issues, and support online bookings
- Provide advice and recommendations to enhance customer purchases
- Monitor and update pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate with team members and perform other tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role
- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or online ticketing (TICO certification is a bonus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong multitasking skills
Additional Information:
