**Job Role: Bilingual Customer Service Support**

**Location: Toronto ON Onsite**

**Duration: Full Time**
- Responsible for providing Bilingual Customer Service Support.
- Service Now reporting, perform ticket analytics, helpdesk analyst.
- providing L1/L1.5 support, excellent customer handling skills,
- Awareness / knowledge of ITSM process, knowledge on bank branches and ATM support.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Call center: 4 years (preferred)
