- Strong BILINGUAL communication and writing skills - French/English**
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- 2 years of previous call center or Ecustomer service experience
- Basic understanding of Consumer Collections and relevant functional procedures
- Ability to interface across various levels within Onshore operations, Operations, Technology, Operations, Finance, and client relationship teams
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
