Key Skills:

- Responsible for providing Bilingual Customer Service Support.
- Service Now reporting, perform ticket analytics, helpdesk analyst.
- providing L1/L1.5 support, excellent customer handling skills,
- Awareness / knowledge of ITSM process, knowledge on bank branches and ATM support.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON N5V 3V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- ITSM: 7 years (required)
- L1/L1.5 support: 3 years (required)
- Service Now: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)
- Spanish (preferred)
