***Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and enter the orders into the ERP system;
- Search for part numbers and follow-up on the status of orders;
- Prepare credit notes and issue return authorizations; Invoices, method of shipment, terms;

Serve as a backup to other service-related tasks:

- Directing end-users to the closest ASC in their vicinity;
- Provide RMA’s to ASC’s and end-users for repair returns;
- Assisting customers at the service counter (occasional lifting of up to 20kl required);
- Provide customers with tracking delivery information for units/repairs as requested;
- Prepare and provide estimates to customers for out of warranty repairs;
- Provide repair information to the customers as required for warranty / out of warranty repairs;
- Review reports and ensure open work orders are closed at month end.
- Complete regular clerical duties on an on-going basis;
- Provide assistance to Purchaser’s as required;
- Provide exceptional customer service;
- Other duties assigned as required;

***What we are looking for**:

- 3 - 5 years of related experience in order entry, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting, with a background in electronics/technical support considered an asset;
- Able to read schematics and block diagrams an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, knowledge of JD Edwards an asset;
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize work;
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
- Strong attention to detail;

***Responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients et rentrer les commandes dans le logiciel de gestion intégré ;
- Effectuer la recherche des numéros de pièces et faire suivi des commandes ;
- Préparer des notes de crédit et émettre les autorisations de retours d’articles ;

Servir de sauvegarde à d'autres tâches liées au service:

- Déclarer et résoudre toutes les erreurs des produits reçus;
- Diriger les utilisateurs vers l'ASC le plus proche dans leur voisinage;
- Fournir des RMA pour les retours de réparation;
- Assistance aux clients au comptoir de service (levage occasionnel jusqu'à 20kl requis) ;
- Fournir aux clients des informations de livraison pour les unités réparées au besoin;
- Préparer et fournir des estimations aux clients pour les réparations hors garantie;
- Fournir des informations de réparation aux clients comme requis pour les réparations sous garantie / hors garantie;
- Examiner les rapports et s'assurer que les bon de travail ouverts sont fermés à la fin du mois.
- Fournir de l'aide aux acheteurs au besoin ;
- Fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients ;
- Autres tâches assignées au besoin ;

***Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Avoir de 3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente à la fois en saisie de commandes, préférablement dans un environnement de distribution ou d’entrepôt, avec une formation en électronique
