ContactPoint360, a boutique Global BPO company, is seeking a versatile and talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative with a passion for providing excellent service and advocating for our valued customers. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our company and customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. As an advocate for our customers, you will strive to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, while maintaining a positive brand image for our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge customer's issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone displaying empathy and actively listening to customer's needs and concerns.
- Provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
- Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer's request.
- Uphold company's service standards and policies while adhering to all relevant compliance guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to display empathy, patience, and active listening when interacting with customers.
- Advocate for customers and effectively communicate their suggestions, issues, and feedback to the appropriate departments within the organization.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
- Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
