Bilingual (English & French)2. Prior experience using Zendesk, an asset.3. Ability to work well under pressure.4. Pays close attention to details.5. Ability to understand the differences in the product line to provide suitablereplacement recommendations for consumers.6. Retains new sku information to ensure all customer facing contact points areup to date on new portfolio.7. Ensures call wait time stays within corporate limits, advises management of anypotential issues.8. Able to implement process.9. Friendly, courteous and enjoy dealing with people.10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software11. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roleThe work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30-17:00 pm.
